Why Dental Crowns are Key for Damaged Teeth

Modern dentistry offers many options to restore and maintain optimal health. Advanced materials and practitioner skills are crucial to achieving successful outcomes. Dr. Mortazavinia emphasizes comprehensive care and employs the best techniques for restoring even severely damaged mouths with cosmetic procedures.

Teeth can suffer significant damage due to cavities, heavy bite forces, trauma, or normal functioning. Failure to treat these conditions can jeopardize teeth, making them susceptible to further damage or loss. Dental crowns allow damaged teeth to be rebuilt and covered with natural-looking materials. Crowns not only provide a natural appearance but also offer security and comfort.

Crowns are suitable for single or multiple tooth repairs, including entire mouth reconstructions. They can also be used in conjunction with dental implants or bridges to replace missing teeth. Professional dental care ensures optimal oral health, function, and aesthetics.

One Simple Step

Once your case has been planned, two appointments will be scheduled to restore your tooth. During the first visit, our experienced team will gently prepare the tooth and provide all necessary information to our specialized lab technician for crafting a porcelain crown. A temporary crown will be placed to ensure normal functioning until the permanent crown is ready, which typically takes 2-3 weeks.

During the second appointment, you will return to our dental clinic in Buda for the placement of the custom-crafted crown. Dr. Mortazavinia will carefully evaluate the fit and appearance of the crown before bonding it securely in place. Any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure proper bite alignment before the final polish is applied, leaving you with a high-quality restoration that meets our professional standards.
